When and where is Broker Expo 2025?
Broker Expo is taking place on Thursday 9 October 2025 in Hall 8.
Registration opens at 09.00am. The expo closes at 16.30 pm.
Can I book accommodation at preferential rates?

Am I eligible to attend?
Broker Expo is a trade-only exhibition and members of the general public will not be admitted. Admission is free to approved general insurance brokers and intermediaries who have pre-registered. Registration is also available at the show, but only approved registrants will be granted entry. All registrations are subject to the organiser's approval and the organiser's decision is final.
Will there be catering at the event?
Exhibitors and attendees can use the refreshments stations within the exhibition hall itself, there are also catering facilities in and around the NEC.
Can I park at the NEC?
Broker Expo team have organised for all visitors to have complimentary parking in North parking 2 – 5 for exhibitors and visitors. Visitors will not need to present anything upon arrival or leaving, you will just need to park in North parking 2 -5. I am disabled and require mobility access to the venue. What do I do?
Broker Expo is a step free access event.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Cloakrooms can be found in the Atrium near Hall 8
Please Note: for security reasons the visitor registration desk, Organisers Office, Press Office and other such places cannot look after any personal belongings.
Is there a Broker Expo app?
Yes.
If you have registered to attend Broker Expo and you will be sent confirmation of registration. 1 week before the event you will be sent login details and app information. The app will have the event agenda, exhibitor list and information regarding the event. You will also be able to pre book meetings to take place onsite.
